About
The challenge on this project was considerable, as the shared database creation platform is a tool that adapts to the user. It is therefore not possible to have a single scenario, but rather dozens of customisable user paths, which can be shared while offering user rights management.
Solution
In collaboration with the technical team, we defined the personas, their profiles and usage scenarios. Accountants, architects, project managers, human resources managers, CEOs, etc. The tool welcomes these users through a customisable workspace defined by a series of questions identifying their needs. We designed a modular grid in accordance with the graphic charter to create projects, spreadsheets, teams, and link them together. For performance reasons, which are crucial in the application, the most optimal fonts were used, with as few style sheets as possible. All modal windows were designed, as were all associated features. In order to identify the numerous items more quickly, a colour chart for each element was implemented.
